Our growing HVAC company needs a service tech to meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC equipment. Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You have the technical skills to identify HVAC problems and the communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, installed, or replaced, and why. - Certify newly installed components properly function
- Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment in homes and businesses
- Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
- Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
- Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Must have 5+ years of experience in HVAC Service
- The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a can-do attitude
- Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
- Candidate must obtain required state and local HVAC technician licenses
- Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
