Life Protect 24/7 is an inbound sales call center searching for an exceptionally talented and motivated leader who develops and challenges their team to be leaders in sales. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Full Time Inbound Call Center Sales Manager position.

How do you do that?

You will lead a team of 10-15 team members in a positive atmosphere in an inbound call center setting. Team members receive calls from diverse customers that have expressed interest in our product and service – a medical and security alert system that goes wherever you do. A service that helps rescue over 4,500 individuals every month.

The Inbound Call Center Sales Manager will serve as an active advocate for our company and its employees. The successful candidate will relay company goals, quality standards, and processes, and procedures to our team through servant leadership.

Your sales team is the heartbeat of our culture – enthusiastic representatives of our company and advocates for our clients. Our upbeat work culture promotes development and individual training, games, incentives, and opportunities for advancement to help develop and solidify necessary sales skills. The successful candidate will effectively educate and support sales representatives through their sales experience. As a manager, building rapport and establishing relationships with our team is achieved by genuinely listening, identifying needs, communicating with clarity, and providing solutions to their questions and concerns.

What you offer:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years experience leading a team in a call center environment

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

  • A customer focused approach with adaptability to new situations

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time

  • Ability to motivate and engage a sales team


Schedule: We have three manager schedules:

  • Monday-Friday 9-hour shifts starting at 10, or 11,
  • or Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm with some Weekends on rotation,
  • or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 12-hour shifts
